Are you ready for Stealth Swagcodes?

From the Swagbucks blog - we're getting Stealth codes in the UK!

I bet some of you consider yourself to be Swagbucks experts. You might even consider yourself a Swagbucks ninja! After all ninjas are savvy, agile, and mindful all while exhibiting a zen-like calm. Most of all, ninjas are known for being stealthy. That’s why we are proud to bring to you, Stealth Codes!
Stealth Codes are all new type of Swag Code and this is how they work:
  1. We’ll post a hint on on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or any other social channel we use to let you know about all things Swagbucks. This is where you’ll learn which page to visit in order to find the code.
  2. The Stealth Code will be clearly visible on that page so just copy the code and paste it into the Swag Code box.
  3. Do a happy dance, you’ve got your SB!
It’s important to note that the Stealth Codes will be one-time use only unique Swag Codes. That means the Stealth Codes you find can only be redeemed once so be careful not to share them.
Please do not share stealth codes in the UK Swagbucks & More Facebook group

How to get around the dreaded eCode 20 on InstaGC and Swagbucks

If you've been on InstaGC for any length of time, you're sure to have come across the dreaded "Ecode 20" that appears on Playlist 4 & 6 videos from time to time. It's what they call a 'soft ban' and can last anything from a few hours to a few weeks. No-one knows for sure why it happens, and there's nothing you can do to avoid it unfortunately. It can also affect Toolbar TV on Swagbucks.

BUT, all is not lost - there are a few things to try - work your way through this list and see if one of them works for you:

1) Clear your cache and cookies

Installing something like CC Cleaner on your laptop/PC makes this process easy. I run CC Cleaner at the beginning and end of every day, sometimes more often. It's a good thing to do anyway to ensure tracking works on offers that you do.

2) Restart your router

Sometimes restarting your router resets your IP address, which removes the soft ban. You may be lucky and just have to switch it off and on again, or you may have to leave it switched off overnight, but it's definitely worth a try.

3) Use your phone data (tether your laptop/PC)

This one usually works where others don't. Create a wi-fi hotspot on your phone (it should be in the settings somewhere) - this asks you to name the hotspot and should give you a password. Go to your PC/laptop and disconnect from your house wi-fi. Look in your wi-fi connections list and find the hotspot you created. Connect to that and then start up playlists 4 and 6. Wait until they are running a video, not an ad, and then reconnect to your home wi-fi. This should allow you to run the videos with no problem. Note that you will have to redo this step as each playlist ends it's run.

4) Use your phone data as a last resort

If all else fails, try running th videos on your phone data. This is only advisable if you have unlimited data as the videos do use a lot.

Hopefully one of the above will work for you. I found that after a day of doing step number 3, I also got e20 on my phone data. However, I used my partner's phone to create a new hotspot and continued through that, so there is usually a work around :)

Have you successfully gotten around an e20 soft ban? Come and let us know how in the UK Swagbucks & More Facebook group!

Banned from surveys on Swagbucks? Here's what you can do instead

Unfortunately for some, not giving the same answers on prescreening questions on some of the Swagbucks' survey providers is causing people to be banned from taking Gold Surveys.

It's easy to panic when this happens, but trust me, you don't have to.

In the first instance - ticket the issue to Swagbucks. If you're sure you've given the same answers each time and have been 100% truthful, it's definitely worth ticketing. In some instances the ban has been removed immediately, in others it has taken a few days or weeks, but keep at it. Make sure you respond to the automated email you will receive when ticketing, and it should go without saying, be polite and courteous rather than outraged and angry. It's also worth posting a public post on their UK Swagbucks Facebook page.

But what can you do while waiting for the ban to be lifted? Thankfully there are a few options open to you.

If it's surveys you want, then there are a few other places on Swagbucks you can find them.

Peanut Labs surveys

Even when banned from Gold Surveys, you can still do Peanut Labs ones. You can find these in a few places. On the Android app, you will find them under the Discover tab. On the website you will find them when you click on Gold surveys. If you're on iOS I would suggest using the Chrome browser (not the Safari one) to access the website and view the desktop version. They can also be found under the Discover tab on the Peanut Labs wall. The good thing about PL surveys is that they still tick off the Gold Survey section of your to do list, and you still get 1sb if disqualified.

Revenue Universe

Viewing Revenue Universe via a laptop / desktop or desktop version on your phone should give you the option of quite a few surveys. You'll find the Revenue Universe wall in the Discover section. Unfortunately you will probably be disqualified for a lot of them, but they're still worth checking out. They don't, however, tick off the to do list. Read this post to find out how to access Revenue Universe.

TrialPay surveys

Again under the Discover tab, but won't tick off the to do list.

It's always worth checking the other Discover walls too as they often have surveys on there. They might not tick off your to do list but they might help you reach your goal.

But it's not just about surveys!

There are many other things to do on Swagbucks to get SB, and it's possible to make good money without even looking at a survey. The following 2 posts should help you to make the most of Swagbucks without relying on surveys:

Also check out Hannah's great post on guaranteed earnings from Swagbucks - definitely worth a read.

Have you been banned from Gold Surveys on Swagbucks? Come and let us know in the UK Swagbucks & More Facebook group - we feel your pain!

Not on Swagbucks yet? Give it a go - I very rarely do surveys and made over £4000 in 2017 from this and other GPT (get paid to) sites and apps

How to request desktop version of a site - Android

Some things on Swagbucks and other sites can only be seen by requesting the desktop version of the site. It's often not enough simply to visit the site in your phone browser, and one extra step is needed.

Here's how to request the desktop version of the site on my HTC M8s - yours should be similar/

First, visit the website as usualy through your phone browser - this could be an internet icon, Chrome, Safari or something else - however you usually access website.

Then click on the 3 dots top right:

A drop down menu should appear, from which you should see something about choosing the desktop version of the site (your wording may vary):

Click this and you should see the site as if you were looking at it on a desktop or laptop, as opposed to the mobile version. This often allows you to see parts of the site you can't normally view on a  phone. A good example of this is the Revenue Universe wall on Swagbucks.

Hopefully this will help you to do more on Swagbucks and other sites!

Swagbucks minitip - Double SB on Revenue Universe!

Revenue Universe discover wall on Swagbucks is offering double points today. If surveys are your thing, there are some well paid ones available.
If you're on a phone, you need to be viewing the desktop version of the site. Go to your phone browser and go to www.swagbucks.com.
Then click on the 3 dots top right and tick the box that says something like 'view desktop version' - this gives you the true desktop version of the site.

(See here for how to request desktop version of site on Android)

Then go to Discover --> Revenue Universe.
Click on the guy looking at his laptop and you should see surveys.

Arrange by SB value to see the highest paying ones (you might have to click twice on the payout link)

As well as surveys there are many other offers on the Revenue Universe wall, so well worth checking out.

Have you managed to complete a survey? Come and let us know in the Facebook group!

Not on Swagbucks? I made over £4000 from this and other sites in 2017 - join me now.

Swagbucks Collector's Bill - will you find it?

InstaGC Minitip - bookmark Tap Research for quick and easy points

A great way to earn points for InstaGC is to be disqualified from Tap Research surveys. Although you only get 2 points per DQ, those points soon add up and it's a quick and easy way to build up points.

The problem is, Tap Research surveys don't always show in your survey options.

A quick and easy way around this is to bookmark the Tap Research page when you DO have it, so you can go directly to it in future.

To do this, you need to navigate to your surveys page (under 'Earn') when Tap Research IS showing.

Click on Tap Research and BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING ELSE bookmark that page (on mobile you can 'add to desktop' as a shortcut).

Once you have it bookmarked, just complete the Tap Research options you have, as usual.

You'll find that in an hour or so, when you navigate to your surveys page, you probably won't have Tap Research available:

Simply click on your bookmark / shortcut to go directly to Tap Research:

You won't have surveys there all the time, but I'm finding that 3 out of 4 times I click on my shortcut, there are 2 or 3 surveys I can click on - my aim is to be DQ and get the 2 points, yours might be to complete the surveys (I find them very low paying and not worth the time but your mileage may vary). Either way it's a quick and easy way to get surveys you wouldn't usually see.

Hopefully this will help you to get those few extra points each day that might make a difference!

Not on InstaGC? I find it a great way to earn between £70 - £100 a month simply by running videos, completing the odd short survey and, of course, those all important DQ points from Tap Research ;) Join me now to get started!

You found the free points code! IGC-UKSBandMore_Nikk3r5

30 Day Referral Challenge - Day 2

This is Day 2 of the 30 Day Referral Challenge - you can find out more here

Welcome to Day 2 of the 30 Day Referral Challenge, and thank you for joining me :)

Referrals can be the life blood of your earnings in 2018.

This 30 Day email course is going to explain and hopefully help you to make the most of referrals this year.

If you've missed any days, they'll be available on the 30 Day Challenge page.

We're going to cover various things, starting with:
  • Writing different types of ads
  • Where to find referrals
  • Using social media to best effect
  • 'Alternative' places to find referrals
  • Keeping your referrals engaged
  • Why referrals don't earn
  • and more!
So, time for Day 2!

When is an ad not an ad?

This is an odd one, because having spent the whole of yesterday's 'lesson' talking about ads and what they need to contain, today we're going to write a few more templates that have to be seen as anything BUT an ad.

Remember yesterday I said there were 2 types of ad to promote referrals? Remember the second type? The passive ad? That's what today is about.

The answer to when is an ad not an ad? When it's a recommendation ;)

Today we're going to talk about writing help and recommendations.

Whether you're in Facebook groups, LinkedIn groups, on forums or blogs or anything else where people talk to each other, there will always be people looking for help and recommendations.

The problem is, this is not a advertising opportunity, so your previously written ads don't really work, and could go against you

If someone is asking for ways to make money, you might get away with wading in and posting your ref links.

But what about people who are't asking that specific question?

They might just be saying they're struggling. They might say they're saving for something. They might be saying they have less money than usual.

You could be insensitive and just drop your ref links and hope for the best. Chances are you'll get the odd referral from it. Chances also are they'll never make you any money.

Think laterally about this. YOU know they can make money from Get Paid To sites, THEY (and let's not forget the trolls) won't.

So in this case your 'ad' needs to take more of a helpful tone.

So what makes a good recommendation 'ad'?
  • Make it believable - don't make wild claims you can't prove
  • Make it helpful - take some time writing this one
  • DON'T just make it about your referral links, in fact don't include your ref link at all! I know, crazy right?
Here's an example of just one response I used in 2017 that got me over 30 private messages on Facebook, most of whom went on to sign up to more than one of my sites, AND USE THEM!::

===================================

So sorry to hear you're struggling.

Have you considered some of the following?

- make sure you're claiming everything you're entitled to - there may be benefits or assistance you haven't even thought of

- do you have anythnig you ca sell? Local selling sites on FB, Craigslist, eBay etc could bring in some quick cash

- I sold a load of DVDs on Money Magpie, worth checking out, not quick but worth it if you have loads you don't want

- CEX takes DVDs and games too, instant cash

- Shop the yellow stickers - 7pm at my local Tesco can see me picking up whole chickens for 10p and veg & fruit just as cheap.

- If you have an hour a day, look into survey sites - I make around £300 a month from these sitting in front of the TV when the kids are in bed. PM me if you want more info on this

- Look into budgeting apps that will help you cut spend, others know more about this thia me

Good luck, and feel free to PM me if I can expand on any of the above

===================================

See what I did there? I was helpful, gave lots of options, was't pushy and didn't drop a ref link - but my PM's were pinging within seconds :) The added advantage of this is you KNOW who your referrals are, and this will come in handy later.

This was in response to someone who was struggling to save for Xmas. I have similar posts written for people looking to save for weddings, looking to make quick cash and many other scenarios.

Your job today is to write a similar post with your money saving tips and hits. Make it helpful, make it informative but most of all, don't make it a ad.

Feel free to send me your posts and I'll take a look at them, but bear in mind over 500 people are on this course so bear with me, I have a day job too :)

Today's homework may well take you more than a day - stick with it, it's fundamental to your campaigns.

Home work for Day 1.

  • Open your Word document, notepad file, post it note, whatever, that you started yesterdaty
  • Write 5 or 6 bullet points for saving / making money
  • Put your bullet point about GPT sites in the middle somewhere - remember to include how much you make
  • Send your post to me if you want a critique
  • Pop over to the Facebook Group https://www.facebook.com/groups/UKSwagbucksAndMore/ and post if you found Day 1 useful

Day 3 tomorrow.

Tomorrow we'll start looking at where you can post the two types of ads you've written to get the best from them ;) Happy ad writing - post in group if you have any questions, as the answer might help others

Happy Referral gathering everyone

30 Day Referral Challenge - Day 1

This is Day 1 of the 30 Day Referral Challenge - you can find out more here

Welcome to Day 1 of the 30 Day Referral Challenge, and thank you for joining me :)

Referrals can be the life blood of your earnings in 2018.

This 30 Day email course is going to explain and hopefully help you to make the most of referrals this year.

We're going to cover various things, starting with:
  • Writing different types of ads
  • Where to find referrals
  • Using social media to best effect
  • 'Alternative' places to find referrals
  • Keeping your referrals engaged
  • Why referrals don't earn
  • and more!
I'll try and keep the 'business speak' to a minimum, but let's face it, when we're using GPT (Get Paid To) sites, we ARE effectively running our own businesses, and we need to treat it as such, so basic business practices do apply.

So, without further ado, let's get started with Day 1!

Take it slowly.

This is a marathon, not a sprint. We're going to start with basics, and I know it's tempting to race ahead and start posting your ref links willy nilly - please don't.

Take each day's email as a lesson or aid and complete it to it's fullest in so much as you can.

Today we're going to talk about writing ads.

The basis of any ad campaign is, o course, the ad itself. When talking about sites such as Swagbucks, InstaGC etc, there are 2 main types off ads:
  • ads that are purely selling, such as those we'd post in job groups ad selling groups, put on classified websites or print on leaflets
  • ads that are response based, focused on replying to people who have asked for help
Today we're going to write ads for the main sites we want to get referrals for, so the first type of ad.

A decent ad needs to be engaging (have the right message), be timely (posted at the right time when someone needs what you are offering), be believable (easily proven) and be relevant (reach the right person). It also needs to be niche (not just a generic ad)

So what makes a good GPT ad?
  • Make it believable - don't make wild claims you can't prove
  • Make it relevant - make sure the relevant info is in there
  •  Make it niche - one ad does not fit all, I'd definitely suggest writing different ads for the different sites you use.
Here's an example of just one ad I used in 2017 that gained me over 700 referrals on Swagbucks alone::

===================================

Not long now until Christmas!

Would an extra £500  help you out? Working less than an hour a day (I average about 25 minutes) on just one of the survey sites I use you could easily be making £100+ a month - Paypal, Amazon vouchers, New Look vouchers and more.

NOT JUST SURVEYS - lots of potential for passive income that doesn't involve hours staring at a screen.

Sign up now at (ref link) then PM me for details of a group that will help you to make at least £100 just from this site alone.

No outlay, no previous knowledge needed, just a willingness to (l)earn ;)

===================================

It's timely - focused on Christmas (you could focus on holidays, house decorating, weddings, families, whatever)

It's believable (I post screenshots of my earnings with it)

It explains what people need to do and how long it could take

It also offers more help (something we'll go into in later days on this course.

Your job today is to write a similar ad for each of your survey sites. NOT the same ad with the details changed. Shoppix is different to Swagbucks which is different to ReceiptHog etc. Each site needs it's own ad.

Feel free to send me your ads and I'll take a look at them, but bear in mind over 500 people are on this course so bear with me, I have a day job too :)

Today's homework may well take you more than a day - stick with it, it's fundamental to your campaigns.

Home work for Day 1.

  • Start a Word document, notepad file, post it note, whatever, to store your ads on
  • Write headlines for each ad/site ad work from there
  • Or write the ad and worry about the headline later
  • Take screengrabs to prove your earnigs (delete any identifying info)
  • Send your ad to me if you want a critique
  • Pop over to the Facebook Group https://www.facebook.com/groups/UKSwagbucksAndMore/ and post if you found Day 1 useful
